Peter and Theresa have lived and worked in the Chatswood area for twenty years. The open kitchen is representative of our passion "The theatre of the kitchen". Our cuisine is based around seasonal availability, matched with classical technique.

When choosing suppliers, three things are paramount - quality, consistency and reliability. Most of our suppliers have been with us over the long term; some are well known industry names, while others are smaller, passionate suppliers.

The wine list is designed to represent good examples of major wine varieties, vintages and regions, while complimenting the restaurants cuisine. As vintages come and go there are a lot of wines to be tried - it sounds like fun, but it is also serious work.
